2. What personal data do we process about you, for what purpose and with whom do we share it?

If you decide to contact us by e-mail or telephone, you agree to us processing your e-mail address, your surname, your first name, your title, possibly your organisation, your telephone number and possibly your proposal for an appointment as well as the content of our conversation with the aim of communicating with you until we are convinced that you are satisfied, and that we then archive the data in accordance with the legal provisions.

For communication with us by e-mail or telephone, we are supported by our partners, who are themselves subject to data protection provisions, whom we have carefully selected and who have contractually undertaken to respect data protection, particularly with regard to data security.

2.3 If you become our offline customer

To become our customer, you or your organisation must enter into a contract with us. To do this, we need information such as your surname, first name, title, if applicable your organisation, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address and method of payment. On the one hand, this allows us to verify the customer relationship with you or your organisation and, if necessary, to initiate it. Secondly, it enables us to provide the services requested by you or your organisation in order to fulfil the contract. In addition, we create a file about you or your organisation, which includes your contact details, work carried out, transactions, communications, documents created or received, time spent and information for billing and accounting purposes.
