2.3 If you become our offline customer

To become our customer, you or your organisation must enter into a contract with us. To do this, we need information such as your surname, first name, title, if applicable your organisation, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address and method of payment. On the one hand, this allows us to verify the customer relationship with you or your organisation and, if necessary, to initiate it. Secondly, it enables us to provide the services requested by you or your organisation in order to fulfil the contract.
